  2. Step 2

    Products and processes synchronised

  3. Step 3

  4. Step 4

Empower returns to MYOB EXO Business

Job status and due date returned to EXO

The utility periodically reads the sales orders included by the configured EXO export rules, creates one Empower job per line, and returns the job status and due date to MYOB EXO Business.

What it does

This integration is designed for businesses that manage this work through MYOB EXO Sales Orders rather than EXO Job Costing or EXO Works Orders. The XS SOEmpower utility periodically reads the sales orders included by the configured EXO export rules. Each sales-order line creates a separate job in Empower and transfers the required customer, delivery, order and scheduling information. The utility also synchronises the products and processes used by Empower. As work progresses, the Empower job status and due date are updated in MYOB EXO Business, keeping office staff informed without duplicate entry.

How implementation works

  1. 1Configure the standard workflowXenia Suite configures the agreed standard workflow for your systems.
  2. 2Synchronise the test environmentsData is synchronised from a test ERP environment to a test Empower environment.
  3. 3Confirm the resultYour team confirms that the configured result suits the agreed process.
  4. 4Quote changes separatelyAnything outside the standard setup is scoped and quoted before work begins.

One ERP, multiple factories

One ERP can support multiple factories through the same integration framework. Once the core integration is established, an additional factory can typically be configured in around two hours, depending on its workflow and site requirements.

Allow approximately three hours for a standard ERP-to-Empower connector setup where relevant.

Modifications and additional work

Additional mappings, extra fields or workflow changes to suit how your business works are quoted separately before any work begins. Extra companies or databases, test environments, historical data, data cleanup, training and any third-party fees are also quoted separately.
