MYOB Exo Free Stock Utility

What it does

The utility adds and maintains a Free Stock field in the MYOB Exo STOCK_ITEMS table. It supports five configurable calculation methods so the displayed figure can match how the business manages inventory. Available methods cover stock on hand less committed sales orders, separate sales and purchasing free-stock calculations, incoming stock less committed stock, available stock, and free incoming stock. The appropriate method is selected during configuration.
